Health and wellness data submitted during coaching sessions is retained for the duration of your active enrollment plus an additional 24 months following the end of your program to allow for potential re-enrollment or follow-up consultations. After this retention period, such data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described above.

6. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information. These measures include:

  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing
